Most founders approaching the Innovator Founder Visa have a business idea. What they do not yet have is the venture rigour, strategic fluency, and founder capability that endorsing bodies are actually looking for. The Innovator Founder Programme closes that gap. Experientially, in eight weeks.
The UK Innovator Founder Visa is endorsed against three published criteria: Innovation, Viability, and Scalability. Endorsing bodies assess every submission through those three lenses, then pressure-test them in a live interview.
Most applications fall short not because the founder lacks ambition, but because the submission does not demonstrate all three criteria coherently, and the founder cannot defend business when challenged.
"The endorsing body is not reviewing your plan. They are assessing whether you are the kind of founder who can build and scale a genuinely innovative UK business."

Each phase builds on the last, from venture architecture to commercial case to full endorsement readiness.
Build the strategic foundations of the venture. Define a defensible innovation claim, validate a real market opportunity, and establish why this founder for this venture.
Build the commercial and financial case. By the end of Phase 2, founders have a full financial model, a business plan draft, and a clear investment thesis.
The integration phase. Founders bring everything built into a complete, submission-ready pack, then defend it under the same scrutiny as the endorsement interview.
Most entrepreneur programmes deliver content. The information is everywhere. What content cannot give you is the experience of applying it under pressure: building something in real time and defending it in front of people who will tell you where it breaks.
